Ironvale Works  /  Contract Vehicles

How to buy.

Everything needed to put Ironvale Works on contract: vehicles, codes, identifiers, and teaming pathways in one place, written for contracting officers, small business specialists, and prime capture leads.

How to engage

Two routes today.

Ironvale Works is newly formed and does not hold its own governmentwide vehicles yet. We will say so rather than imply otherwise, because a contracting officer checks. There are two clean ways to put us on contract now, and both are faster than most people expect.

Direct

Open market and simplified acquisition

Below the simplified acquisition threshold, an award can be made directly without a vehicle, including by purchase card where your policy permits it. For assessments, roadmaps, and defined engineering tasks this is usually the shortest path from conversation to work starting.

Through a prime

Subcontracting and teaming

On larger programs we work under a prime that holds the vehicle. We can be named in a proposal, with resumes and a defined scope, and we show up on award with the same people who were named. See teaming below.

NAICS codes

Codes we compete under.

The codes our work falls under. If you are running market research and need to confirm fit against a specific solicitation, ask and we will answer directly.

Capability statement

One page. Everything a buyer needs.

Your capability statement should carry core competencies, differentiators, past performance, company data, and a named point of contact on a single page, in PDF, with the filename dated.

Ask and we will send the current one, along with our identifiers and codes, in a single reply.

Teaming

Partner with us.

For primes

Subcontract depth

Senior engineers who can be named in a proposal and actually show up on award, on cleared and unclassified scope alike. Ask for our resumes and past performance references.

For small business

Partner with us

We are open to teaming arrangements with other small businesses where the scope genuinely splits, rather than paper relationships that exist only to satisfy a set-aside. Tell us the opportunity and we will be straight about fit.

For agencies

Market research

We respond to sources sought notices and RFIs with substantive technical input, not marketing copy. Send us the notice number.

Need our information for a solicitation?

Send the notice number and the due date. We will get you what your file needs.
